Winter Wonderland Mini Session (DEPOSIT) - December 7th

***This is a deposit to hold your spot for the session on December 7th***

We are opening up a few extra spots on December 7th for our Winter Wonderland Mini Session.

The Winter Wonderland Mini Session is $225 + HST and includes:
*20-minute session on Saturday, December 7th
*Private online viewing gallery to select from
*Your 6 favourite images in hi-res digital files + print release
 
The $75 deposit comes off the total of the selected package.

The deposit is to secure your session spot and the balance is due the day before the session via e-transfer (send e-transfer to [email protected]) or before the start of your session by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard).

These holiday pictures are for children only and up to three children per family (Immediate family members only). Children MUST be able to sit UNASSISTED, unless paired with a sibling who can safely hold them.

We will be shooting in my home studio in Milton, Ontario against a custom built backdrop.

Link to gallery of proofs will be sent 48 hours after session. Gallery is open for 5 DAYS ONLY. You must choose your images during that time. There is a $50 fee to restore the gallery past the expiration date.

All images will be ready to download via password secured link by December 13 (NO EXCEPTIONS).

I edit according to my style and vision. Any requests in changes are subject to a $75 fee per image.

Re-shoots / Refunds

SESSION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE to different session/date. Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related, and behavioural issues or events that are beyond Photographer's control.

Session Punctuality:

Please make every effort to be at your session on time. Please know that if you are late, it will be docked from your time allotted. If you fail to show up during your scheduled appointment you will forfeit all money paid. *Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 10 minutes prior to the start of session. This allows for any last-minute feeding, changing, and relaxing before session begins.

Archive

After three (3) months, all images will be purged from photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.

Payment

All payments are due in full unless payment arrangements have been made. Orders will not be processed until payment in full is received. If client has arranged a payment plan, order will be placed after the final payment has been received.

COPYRIGHT: All photographs taken by the photographer are the property of Sharon Thio Photography, will remain Sharon Thio Photography property and are protected by Canada Copyright Laws. Client hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images. Violators of this law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Clients agrees that he/she may not use any Sharon Thio Photography images for commercial or editorial purposes, and/or enter any Sharon Thio Photography images into competition without the express written permission of Sharon Thio Photography.

MODEL RELEASE: This contract serves as a model release giving the Photographer the irrevocable right to use the Photographs in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. The Photographer can grant use of the images to third parties and all compensation for use and credit for the images remain the property of Sharon Thio Photography. Client waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s), finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. This release shall be binding on the Client, their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns.
